An 'effort and ease' opportunity to focus on the alignment in all of your body system. You will learn about pranayama (breath work) positive thinking & mindful meditation, firm asana (postural) foundation techniques to keep the body healthy, and proper ways to relax. We'll focus on having a more authentic relationship within self by releasing patterns or habits that no longer serve you to create more ease on and off the mat.
